Appointment cancellation/ Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to accomodate other clients who may be waiting for appointments.
Non-Refundable: All deposits, if any are collected, are non-refundable. By booking, you acknowledge and agree.to this policy.
Promotions: Appointments scheduled with promotions or limited-time offer prices will not carry over if an appointment is rescheduled. Promotions and limited-time offers are only valid at the time/date listed.
Late Cancellation/ No-Show Fees: Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice or failure to show up for your appointment will result in a cancellation fee.:
This fee will be charged before acceptance of any future appointments. No future appointments will be allowed to be schedule by the client until the previous cancellation/no-show fee is paid.
We understand that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are aunable to provide that required notice due to a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion with appropriate documentation. Per treatment consent, clients are aware if a missed dose as a part of our weight loss program, the client is unable to "make-up" the injection and will be at a loss for that missed week or will require to restart at the lowest dose if more than a week is missed between inejections .
